Shihōin Yoruichi

Yoruichi Shihouin is the former twenty-second head of the Shihouin clan, one of the four great noble houses of the Soul Society, as well as a former captain of the 2nd Division of the Gotei 13 and the commander-in-chief of the Onmitsukido. About a hundred years ago she left Seireitei to save her friends, falsely accused of crimes, and has since lived in the world of the living, working with Kisuke Urahara and Tessai Tsukabishi. Yoruichi is rightfully considered the fastest of all Shinigami and bears the title "Goddess of Flash" for her unsurpassed mastery of instant movement. She rarely relies on her zanpakuto, preferring hand-to-hand combat and kido, and her unique ability to transform into a black cat has become her calling card. Despite her noble origins, Yoruichi carries herself simply, loves to tease those around her, and keeps a lively, playful nature even in the darkest of times.
