Nnoitra Gilga

Nnoitra Gilga is an arrancar who held the position of Quinto Espada in Sosuke Aizen's army and embodied the aspect of death - despair. He is a very tall and skinny fighter with a permanent wide grin exposing his upper teeth. His main pride is the hardest hierro among all arrancars, making him almost invulnerable to ordinary attacks. Nnoitra is obsessed with the idea of becoming the strongest and dying in battle, choking on his own blood. He despises the weak and especially hates female warriors who surpass men on the battlefield. His resurrección Santa Teresa turns him into a mantis-like being with additional arms and blades. Nnoitra died in a duel with Kenpachi Zaraki, receiving a fatal blow, but left satisfied, since he died in battle, as he had wished.
